Using the site

You are welcome to read the site and get in touch. You agree not to attempt to interfere with it: no probing for vulnerabilities, no automated scraping at a rate that degrades the service, no attempt to gain access to systems or data you have not been given access to, and nothing unlawful.

The enquiry form

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to proceed. Please do not send confidential information through the form. If you need to share something sensitive, say so and a secure method will be arranged.

Enquiries are answered as promptly as possible, but no response time is guaranteed.

What is on the site

The written content, design, code, and the Apex Web Works name and mark belong to Apex Web Works unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce or republish them without permission.

Work shown in the portfolio remains the property of the respective client or brand, and is displayed to demonstrate capability. Where a piece was produced independently rather than for a client, it is labelled as such. Nothing on this site should be taken as a claim of endorsement or partnership by any brand featured.

Accuracy

The site is kept accurate and current as far as is reasonable, but it is offered as it is. Nothing here is a professional recommendation for your specific circumstances, and no guarantee is given that the site will be available without interruption.
