I design and build websites, applications and AI agents. The sort that still work properly a few years after launch.
Plenty of agency work looks the part and then underdelivers. Sites that load slowly. Internal tools nobody opens. Integrations that break a fortnight after handover. I would rather build something less showy that holds up.
01 — Capabilities
Marketing sites, online shops and content platforms. I write the front-end by hand, set up a CMS your team can run without me, and hold myself to a performance budget.
Internal tools, dashboards and customer-facing products. I spend the time on the parts that are easy to get wrong: accounts, permissions, and how the data is structured.
Agents connected to the systems you already use, each given a defined job and a result you can measure. I build them to cope with your real data rather than a tidy demo version of it.
02 — Process
Most complaints about agencies come down to poor communication. I keep the process visible, so you always know which stage we are at, what I need from you, and what arrives next.
I learn how the business works before designing anything. Your customers, your competitors, and the numbers behind the goal. You get a written strategy at the end of it.
Wireframes first, then the full designs, and you see them as I go. There is no month of silence followed by a big reveal.
You get a staging link in the first week. I test with your own content on real devices, so what you approve is what goes live.
I launch, then watch how it performs and keep improving it. My care plans cover maintenance and changes once the project itself has finished.
