This policy explains what happens to personal information you give to Apex Web Works through this website. It is written to be read, not to be waded through.
Who is responsible
Apex Web Works is a web design and development studio based in Kuwait, operated by Salman Alghanim. For anything in this policy, contact salman@apexwebworksstudio.com.
What is collected
Only what you type into the enquiry form, plus a small amount of technical information that arrives with any web request.

There is no account to create, no newsletter, and no tracking of how you move around the site.
Why it is lawful to hold it
You submitted it in order to start a conversation about work. In UK and EU terms that is processing necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, together with a legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and in keeping the form free of abuse.
Where it goes
Your enquiry is stored in a database operated by Cloudflare and is emailed to the studio through Resend, an email delivery service. Both act as processors: they handle the data to provide their service and for no other purpose. The site is served by Cloudflare. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as a consequence of your browser requesting a font file.
These providers operate internationally, so your information may be processed outside Kuwait, including in the United States and the European Union.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for two years so that past conversations can be picked up again, then deleted. Ask sooner and it will be deleted sooner.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email salman@apexwebworksstudio.com and you will get a reply within 30 days. There is no charge.
If you are in the UK or EU and you are unhappy with how a request was handled, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. The enquiry form is rate limited and screened for automated abuse. Access to stored enquiries requires authentication. No payment details are collected through this site at any point.
Children
This is a business website and is not directed at children. Personal information is not knowingly collected from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
